  • Strategic Planning & Controlling: You implement strategic goals with European and global management.

  • Leadership & Mentoring: You lead the Business Development team.

  • Quality Assurance & Innovation: You implement quality assurance measures.

  • Communication: You communicate excellently in German (C2) and English (C2).

  • Marketing & Networking: You work with the global marketing team and represent us at events.

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

  • You have many years of experience in project development and strategic planning in the solar energy sector.

  • You bring proven innovation capabilities.

  • You possess strong leadership and mentoring skills.

  • You have expertise in data analysis and quality assurance.

  • You have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • You speak fluent German (C2) and English (C2).
