Strategic Planning: Execute strategies to meet company goals. Conduct market research, tailor global strategies to local needs.
Business Development: Collaborate with teams to develop land acquisition and project strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders.
Leadership: Lead and mentor local teams, set performance goals, recruit and develop talent.
Financial Management: Manage budget, monitor spending, and drive financial efficiency.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards in processes and stakeholder management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations, manage risks.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to Senior Management, maintain communication with stakeholders.
Partnerships: Pursue new business opportunities, represent the company at industry events.
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership, preferably in solar or real estate development.
Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, communication in German and English.
Attributes: Knowledge of German culture, adaptability, resilience, strong industry network, ethical standards.
